Born in Abilene and raised in Midland, Texas, Denise Baumgartner is the youngest of three children. She graduated in 1994 with a BA in Accounting from Texas A&M Commerce and has worked in the Dallas area since then. In keeping with the family tradition of entrepreneurship, she founded her own accounting business in 2000.

Denise and her husband married in 1999 and are the proud parents of two boys and one girl. Time away from work is spent with her family, traveling with her mom, and attending musicals and concerts by the Dallas Symphony.
