Dr. Darla Chow joined the Katy Trail Animal Hospital in August 2010. She is originally from Houston but looks forward to making Dallas her home. Her undergraduate work was completed at the University of Texas at Austin where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Biology. Like Dr. Johnson and Dr. Waller, she is also a graduate of the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine. After graduating from veterinary school in 2009, she interned the following year at the VCA Veterinary Care Animal Hospital and Referral Center in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Dr. Chow enjoys a wide range of activities such as long distance running, bowling, and dancing, and she makes time to be with her friends and family, too. Four felines—Twiggy, Shiner, Tuna and Shadow—share their home with her.
