Dr. Lamping graduated from Teas A&M University
College of Veterinary Medicine in 2002 and joined the staff at
Katy Trail Animal Hospital part-time in May 2010. He practices
general companion animal medicine and surgery as a relief veterinarian,
seeing patients in hospitals at hospitals in Dallas, Garland,
Plano, Richardson, and Rockwall.
Clinical Interests: pain management, soft tissue surgery, wound
therapy, emergency medicine, small mammal medicine, and applications
of radiofrequency and laser surgical devices.
Dr. Lamping resides in Murphy, Texas. When not helping pets, he
prefers to spend time with his boys teaching them how to play
soccer and baseball and make the perfectly folded paper air plane.
His hobbies include writing, drawing, and storytelling. He enjoys
traveling to state and national parks. His hometown is Boerne,
down in the Texas Hill Country.
